KEY OBJECTIVES
The main goal of the mission was to tidy up customer accounts while selling XX assets to the YY Group in order to shut down the customer accounting department.
In order to accomplish this project and meet the set target, all the various teams were integrated and mobilized.
MISSION
Full-time consultant within the customer office during 6 months
Spearheaded the team responsible for the closure of the accounts receivable department
Performed end-of-month duties using SAP to create: provisions for credit notes, customers, business partners & doubtful customers; Framing of Revenues; Sales Flash; Trade Debtor & Write-offs.
Resolved disputes with the global sales teams (Europe, US, CA, UAE, Hong Kong, China, Japan).
Reconciled XX & YY Group’s P&L to expose gaps generated by billing code.
